Fishermen’s Pow Wow – hosted on Waterford Green. Assembly of First Nations Regional Chief Roger Augustine brings together First Nations and non-First Nations fishermen in a spirit of peace and friendship.  Parade of boats, dance, music, cultural / artisan village and more. 

In solidarity with Jeux de L’Acadie, the Fishermen’s Pow Wow will not occur for the 2018 season; however, our First Nations will be represented in the opening and closing ceremonies at the games which will be held from June 27-July 1.
