Step back in time with a visit to the Tabusintac Museum. See artifacts and pictures that details life in the settlement in years gone by.

Learn about the history of the community and its early settlers including Charlotte Taylor, the Mother of Tabusintac. Follow the Steps of Charlotte Taylor and hear the story about her life on the Miramichi and in Tabusintac.

The museum itself is located in a building rich with its own history. It first served as a Methodist Church, then as the second rural high school in New Brunswick, a church hall and a community library. The Museum/Library/Craft Shop is situated directly on Route 11 approximately 48 km from Miramichi.
