Miramichi Striper Cup – May 25-27, 2018

Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada

Atlantic Canada’s premiere striped bass fishing tournament attracted over 1,000 fishing enthusiasts in 2015, its first year and has only gotten bigger & better since then. Now going into its fourth year, this multiple award winning tournament hosts competitive and amateur fishermen from throughout Eastern Canada and includes not only a professional team division but also an individual competitor division as well as youth and family divisions. It truly is the type of tournament where anyone from a novice to a pro can participate and have an opportunity to win part of the over $50,000.00 in cash and prizes that are offered.

Choose any of these four divisions to participate in:

Team / Boat – build your team of up to four people and compete for the largest cash prize in Atlantic Canada.

Individual / Shore  – Compete against your friends, neighbours, family or other competitors to catch this year’s longest striped bass.

Youth (under 16 years of age) – entrance fee: FREE – To build the future of recreational fishing, the City of Miramichi is hosting a youth competition designed to instill the values of conservation and the enjoyment of recreational fishing into a competitive event. Again, the catches need to be documented and submitted to our website so bring your family and your mobile phones to document your fish!

Family / Boat Division- Gather your family for a weekend of fun. No limits on team members – only what you boat can safely hold. Fee: $20 per team member.
